Routine weekly or biweekly residential maintenance housecleanings

       Our maid service will do any kind of interior residential housecleaning, including laundry, at your request. She'll come with basic supplies and equipment.

       You can make your own detailed housecleaning list for the maid or you can use Gail Stilwell Maids, Inc.'s housecleaning checklist. Our list covers the standard weekly chores that need to be routinely done in order to maintain a clean and orderly home.

       Briefly, our cleaning checklist covers the following duties: In the kitchen the maid will clean the counter tops, any objects on the counter tops, the sink, she'll put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it for you if you want her to. She'll clean the top and outside of your stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The maid will clean the inside and outsides of any small appliances such as a microwave, or coffee maker. In bathrooms, she will also clean your counter tops and any objects on your counter tops, the sink, the inside and outside of the toilet from top to bottom, the tub and the shower. All the floors throughout the house will be swept or vacuumed and kitchen and bathroom floors will be damp mopped as well. The maid will dust all of your surfaces, including windowsills, ceiling fans, and pictures on the wall. She'll polish your wood furniture if you want her to. She will Windex any glass top tables, mirrors, and T.V. screens. The maid will make the beds or change the sheets if you've left out clean sheets as an indication. She will empty all the trash into the kitchen garbage. The maid will carry this cleaning checklist with her.
